Located on a wooded hilltop site, this residence for a family of five was created through extensive improvements including renovation of an existing 19th century structure and the addition of nearly 4,000 square feet of new construction. While the design genre is respective of the classical style, spacious modern planning took advantage of the inherent features of the site, such as natural light and views.
